Go Powershop!!!
most awesome set of finalists yet. All are deserved winners, doing something in NZ that has global implications.
We’re truly humbled to be in such esteemed company. Best wishes Ponoko & Xero.
It’s gonna be a fantastic awards night! Bring on February!
3 great entries. We’re happy to be in the finals and be delighted for whoever wins. Proud that Wellington is showing such talent.
I think the sort of sites that each of these companies are doing are now the baseline in terms of a good quality international sites. All 3 show lots of evolving best practice.
For me the exciting thing is what can we do next. Very keen to hear any suggestions.
Also keen to hear what parts of your sites you are most proud of.
I like how the Ponoko site breaks things down into simple steps. I really like calls to action in Powershop. Both sites are consistent with brand all the way through.
I think the most interesting part of the Xero site is our partner directory. A mash up with maps. (http://www.xero.com/advisors/accounting/wellington/). That’s allowing us to build credibility as well as drive leads to our valued partners. We can go a lot further here.
Love for some more suggestions on what all of us could do better or what each of us can learn from the others.
